Important Update for Parents and Students Regarding Beaty Street and Griffith Street!

Due to ongoing construction at the intersection of Griffith St. and Beaty St., the crosswalks in this area remain challenging to navigate following the removal of the traffic signals. We are actively communicating with DOT to request the temporary reinstatement of the walking signals until construction officially begins. In the meantime, for everyone’s safety, we have informed CSD administration that the preferred crossing location for walkers is now Watson @ Griffith. Please use the intersection of Griffith Street and Watson Street to cross over until further notice.

We encourage parents and students to exercise extra caution in this area, especially during the afternoon.
