| Warm-up before the race
Return 2 Play will be leading a quick, dynamic pre-race warm-up at the start line to help you feel loose, activated, and ready to run your best. We’ll gather 10 minutes before the race start, with the warm-up beginning 5 minutes prior, focusing on key muscle groups, mobility, and injury prevention—nothing too intense, just enough to get your body primed. Be sure to arrive a few minutes early if you’d like to participate, and stop by the Return 2 Play tent before or after the race for recovery services (physical therapy & massage), injury questions, and tips to keep you performing at your best.
